Dr. Carson felkel said “isolation is proving to be a powerful trigger especially  for those struggling with mental disorders like depression and anxiety”.  “Its very common to feel like you have no control over the situation”, he said. “You may feel more anxious, down, overwhelmed, angry than ever before”.
